♥ Your music, not seat.
YAY! Homework for this week is less hectic, at least until now. Today, I got something to tell all my cca batchmates & juniors.
It doesn't matter where u sit, it's the music u play that shows how good u are. Get urself in tune before u teach others.
Dear junior and batchmates. U haven't reach sec 3/4, or rather u haven't reach a point where u have to take over the leading positions from ur seniors. dun be discouraged just because u are a few desk or seats behind ur friends. Before u take any leading positions, where u sit DOES NOT show how good u are, its the music u play. When we judge whether u are good or not, we hear ur music. We don't see where u sit, nor do we judge from whether u go around showing off verbally. In case any of u don't know(in viola section), in a desk, the one sitting nearer to the cello and bass plays the top when it comes to div. and the one sitting nearer to the violins plays bottom. I know u all have some arguements about whether who plays top or bottom, but just follow this theory kayy? Whether u play top or bot, there's no difference. I know some people don't like playing bot, and in fact, I heard a childish comment from someone during sectionals last practice, saying bot is not good. Relax guys, a good player can play both top and bottom. Making such childish comments only show how childish u are. And the last phrase of the day, practice makes perfect.
